Since we ship directly from our partners in these countries, it may take 6-20 days for your item to arrive. Please don't panic if it doesn't show up immediately; it's on its way :)
Can I cancel an order?

Despite the aforementioned, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
